High-end Confectionary Brand À Toi Gourmet Launches

À Toi Gourmet Gifts recently launched in Vancouver and looks to make gifting meaningful again, through the Japanese mindset, with their high-end confectionary.
They source the finest ingredients to craft their Pate de fruits, tea gummies, and fruit marshmallows. Specifically: local creameries, natural fruit purées from France and fine chocolates from Southern continents - all to give a burst of flavour.
At the helm, À Toi Chef Lily Yuan trained at Ferrandi Paris, Frances most prestigious culinary institution, and has worked with world's best pastry chefs like Cédric Grolet, Stéphane Glacier and Ramon Morató before moving to Japan. In Tokyo, she helped develop chocolates and patisseries for the Asia Pacific region and learned the Japanese culture of showing appreciation through gifting.
