The Waterfront Seafood Restaurant’s Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde puts his Peruvian culinary heritage in the spotlight to host a one-night-only Thanksgiving Dinner on Monday, October 8. Ancora’s three-course dinner will feature roasted mushroom bisque to start, arroz con pato (rice with duck) withhuancaina sauce, and end off with carrot cake for dessert. Optional B.C. wine pairings chosen by Ancora’s sommelier team (wines from The Hatch, Le Vieux Pin and Sperling Vineyard), is available for $48 per person on top.

Touted as Vancouver’s Best Seafood and Best Upscale earlier this year, Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar adds their subtle, unexpected and playful approach to the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner feast with a 3 course meal. On Sunday, October 7 and Monday, October 8, Boulevard’s three-course menu features a butternut squash velouté as appetizer, roasted Fraser Valley turkey with all the elegant trimmings as the main course and ending off with apple tart for dessert.

Located in the heart of busy downtown Vancouver, Cibo Tratoria combines simple, rustic and authentic Italian food, casual service, and good wine. New Executive Chef Curtis Luk will be serving up a four-course Thanksgiving feast from October 6th to October 8th. The holiday menu will feature zuppa di cavolo nero (Tuscan kale soup, cannellini bean, chicken-clove consommé), potato gnocchi (sage, brown butter, bread crumbs), tacchnino alla Milanese (turkey cutlet, cranberries, arugula salad) and crostata di zucca (pumpkin pie, sour cream Chantilly).
Chef/Partners Dan Olson and Tyler Day from Railtown Catering is making your Thanksgiving less of a nightmare with their hassle-free ready-made turkey dinners. Remove the stress with their ‘Heat-and-Serve’ Thanksgiving To-Go packages that features a 16-lb. sage-roasted turkey and comes with all the traditional festive fixings like Giblet Gravy, Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes with Chives,Dried Apricot, Chestnut & Brioche Bread Stuffing, Classic Pumpkin Pie with Chantilly Cream and more. The To-Go package is made to serve 8 to 10 guests.
