1. Your Fairytale Dream at Notch8’s Enchanted Forest Afternoon Tea
Fairmont Hotel Vancouver transforms the Notch8 Private Dining Room into a magical and mysterious Enchanted Forest for their themed Afternoon Tea. Enjoy decadent fairytale sweets and savoury treats like Butterfly Wings, Enchanted Flower, or Bird’s Nest Shortbread – served in a specially made tier that is crafted from real tree trunks.

Enjoy an immersive Mexican cultural experience with food, drinks, music, arts, and shopping at the annual Market Mexico. Organized by the Mexico Tourism Board and Arrival Agency, this one day event will showcase the food and culture you’d expect at Mexico’s lively marketplaces.
Expect delicious market staples such as tacos, tortas, and elotes (Mexican corn); and sweet treats like horchata, pastries, and churros.

Ferment Fest is back to give you a taste of the art of fermentation. Attendees will be able to learn about the health benefits of fermented foods and sample items from more than 15 vendors like Tempea, Hoochy Booch, Blue Heron, Wize Monkey, and more.

From September 21 – October 7, Bells and Whistles will transform into a Bavarian-inspired beer hall to host ‘Wünderbar: An Oktoberfest Pop-Up’ and celebrate their first anniversary. Expect Oktoberfest themed attire, decor, German-inspired food specials like warm pretzels with tangy honey mustard and currywurst, and classic German-styled beers and imports.

The Richmond Night Market is a great weekend activity to give you and your friends an excuse to spend a night hovering around the array of street food stalls and Korean sock stands. Each year, the Night Market attracts over 1 Million visitors, making it one of B.C.’s most popular summer attraction.
